We were told the day we were supposed to get there that the AC was broke. And we couldn’t stay.
Positive: We did not get to stay. Were told that they had AC issues.

Cockroaches!!
Negative: This property is infested with cockroaches and the property management did nothing about it including returning phone calls about our concerns . Had my family on vacation with no way to prepare food very unprofessional. Never got compensated .

bedroom, furniture is old. Bed hard, and i hit my head on the headboard, and the shower has no door, water pouring out.
Wifi is the wrong password.
Spider bites. Has spider webs in the kitchen. Hedges need to be cut in the driveway
No keurig, no coffee
