Great location, spacious yard, & coffee bar

Love Galveston Tx. Positive: Location was great, big roomy house with all the great amenities one could want. Beds were very comfortable. Safe area neighbors very friendly and helpful. Negative: Roof around vent in hallway leaked last overnight during T Storm. Floor in hallway slick as ice when wet, enough water on floor that my wife slipped and fell very hard on knee then back. Real painful and uncomfortable 10 hour ride back home for her. When contacted company said it had leaked before and would get construction crew out to fix it. A little heads up so we could have put down a towel before leak would have been nice! My knock is there was no apology or inquiry as to how she was. ( Pissed Me Off ) Thought about sueing for chiropractor bill and stay, but I have morals. But the place was really great stay other than that, I get it we're just another number to them.

With the exception of the questionable cleanliness of the unit, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely st Positive: I loved the washer and dryer, and although I didn’t use it, I appreciate a full kitchen! Negative: Limited parking and I questioned the cleanliness. Upon arrival there was a dead stepped on roach left in the kitchen with its mess I had to clean. Also there was empty fruit snacks packages and hair accessories in random places that made me question how well the facilities were cleaned prior to our arrival.

Excellent Sray For Coffee and Beach Lovers Positive: OMG for the coffee and tea lovers this is pure heaven. I mean every type of equipment imaginable to make real coffee from keurig, French press and so much more. There was an entire station. Loved it. Plenty of linene. Huge space and loved tge beach theme and decorations. Beds were really comfortable. Kids loved the life-size plush octopus. The multiple decks and outdoor accommodations were fantastic. Easy check in amd check out process. Negative: We had to hand wash all the dishes because the bag of dishwasher pods was completely empty before we got there. Everything else was perfect. Smooth sailing. Loved the stay. Would stay again.

Positive: The amount of seating was awesome, the amount of towels provided was great and the location was good Negative: There were a few encounters with some spiders inside . One of the guest said that they woke up to a spider on their arm, they felt it crawling and killed it. I saw a spider on the wall in the front bedroom and killed it.

Came to Glaveston to celebrate our son's belated first birthday and had the perfect home to stay comfortable all wee Positive: Loved the location and the size of the home. Enjoyed the placement on the island as it was short travel time to wherever we went. Loved the bathrooms and the shower outside for after the beach...it had hot and cold water spouts which we felt was unique! The tv in the kid's room was perfect to play rain sounds for our son to sleep and the house was large enough that we could hang out in the dining area or living room without feeling like we would wake him which was great. The provided dishes and washing machine and dryer was great as we stayed for 5 days. We would love to stay again! Negative: We wanted our son to have the backyard to practice walking and to crawl around in, but the grass was too long. They did come and mow on Thursday morning which was great but woke us up. We also checked out Friday morning so it was a short amount of time we were able to play outside in the yard with him. There was also mildew/mold on the air vent in the dining area which was concerning as I have an auto-immune disorder and we also have a young child. I do understand being right next to the ocean equals high humidity and mold is easy to have but also would like it to have been cleaned before us being there. There was also trash from the previous fsmily that checked out the same day we checked in.
